Absolutely. We offer a 2-session intro pass so you can get a feel for the class, the vibe, and the coaching. No experience needed — just show up, and we’ll guide you through the rest.

Timed intervals with gloves on: power shots, combo flows and conditioning rounds.

A high-energy burnout using bodyweight exercises or core work to test your endurance and finish strong.
