We deliver throughout North America and Europe. Same-day delivery is available to some locations for an additional fee. We also deliver to Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

Standard shipping takes approximately five to seven business days. Shipping times may be longer in December and June. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee on orders over $100.

We track all orders from the moment they leave our store. If your item doesn't arrive on time, please let us know, and we'll track it down for you. If your order can't be delivered within 24 hours, we'll refund the shipping costs.

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and must not be washed or worn. Please notify us immediately if an item arrives damaged. You will then receive a full refund.

Returns are free when you use our prepaid return labels. Simply repackage the item, attach the label to the original packaging, and send it back to us.

Items given as gifts must be accompanied by a gift receipt to be eligible for a refund. The return will be treated like any other return, and you will receive a gift certificate equal to the item's current retail price. Please note: Gifts can be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.
